Monthly electric power is available. $100 power deposit is required. This can vary with your equipment, your hours of operation and time of year. We will survey your needs and will adjust your bill accordingly for the following month. After your final power bill is payed, any remaining funds from your deposit will be refunded or credited to your account. If you prefer to use your inverter type generator exclusively instead, that is completely acceptable and no deposit will be required.

We do not provide trash service.

The power deposit is only required for monthly renters using power.

Customers are responsible for providing their own cords and adapters.
